j'ai un ami algérien né en Algérie qui est en france et qui va se marier avec une française pour très bientôt , et il voudra savoir qu'elle sont les papier nécessaire a procurer et est ce que c'est obligé d'avoir un casier judiciaire pour lui, vu qu'il est en France donc c'est difficile d'avoir le casier sans la présence de l'intéressé... si oui comment il procède pour l'avoir
