La fatiha (union d'un couple ,mariage ) est obligatoire dans la religion islamique pourquoi? La fatiha est un acte de consentement mutuel , c'est pas juste dire al Fatiha .
Pour célébrer le mariage (halal musulman) la femme que tu vas demander au mariage doit avoir obligatoirement un tuteur (père, frère oncle... "Mâle") la présence d'un imam ou d'une personne religieuse pieuse et de deux témoins. Le père consulte sa fille... si la fille est d'accord... suit la fixation du mahr obligatoire.
Une fois conclusion de la dot, (.......) le père prononce la formule " je te donne ma fille pour épouse" et toi, tu dis "j'accepte ta fille comme épouse" ensuite l'imam ou (une personne religieuse pieuse) lit la Fatiha en présence des deux témoins et du père (et quelques convives s'il y a).
Après la Fatiha vous êtes légalement marié selon la loi de l'islam.
La Fatiha est lu par l'imam ou un musulman pieux et non par n'importe qui.
C'est ça le halal qui veut dire en même temps la Fatiha
Ce n'est seulement l'islam qui qui exige le mariage religieux.dans toute les religions il y a le mariage religieux(à l'Église ou à la synagogue ) et le mariage civil.Pour répondre à CLAUDE O ,internet et yahoo ne sont pas fait pour la langue française ils sont universels.Personnellement je participe aux forums dans quatre langues à vous de relever le défi.Pourquoi lorsqu'on écrit (shoot,ligh,yes,no,doctor,baby, ect,ect.........)ça ne vous choque pas?.le mot" fatiha" est expliqué est mis entre parenthèses dans la question me^me.Pour vous? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?? ?? .?? ?????
